Tell us about your work. See who's in the same spot.

A conversation with Shoalyard's AI. Every reply gives you something back: how others in your spot handle it, and people in other jobs who face something close. You're more than your job title.

We summarize what you share anonymously to find people like you, and may quote your words without your name. We never share your name, employer, or anything that could identify you. Pooled, anonymous findings may be shared with organizations interested in your field. Terms · Privacy

Tell us about it

What you do, and what people outside your work get wrong. No forms, and nothing that identifies you.

02

See where you stand

Who else is in the same spot, how they handle it, and people in other jobs who face something close.

Ask your own question

We put it to others in similar work and go looking for more of them. We'll let you know if someone answers.

We're setting up paid interviews: longer conversations with people who want to hear from someone who does what you do. Leave your email and we'll let you know when they open.

Paid interviews will have their own terms. We won't share your email.
